I thought I would drop in quickly to say that as part of the Million+ JISC work I will be presenting on a past Work Based Learning Project in Leeds on the 22nd October. The WBL Project (http://www.projects.staffs.ac.uk/surfwbl/) was focused on developing learning resources in a number of different formats to support not just the learner but tutors and mentors.
